WHAT WOULD BE AWESOME VILLIANS AND HEROES FOR GUARDIAN LEAGUE UNIVERSE

For my Guardian League universe, I will have a main cast of heroes who make up the central core of the comics I write. However.... there is going to be cannon fodder... I mean, heroes who can get trapped or/and transformed might need rescuing, etc.
So...
I was thinking that maybe some people could offer up some ideas for Heroes and their powers.
For the heroes, the idea is that they would not be just transformation-focused - and in fact, anything that is transformation-only focused would probably not be used since the comic universe isn't focused on just the transformation themselves.
For the villains, however, they could include transformations in their capabilities but not their primary skill. For example, Dollmaker will make dolls, however, her capabilities are, in fact, her scientific knowledge, nanos, and mind alteration through technology. :D
So thoughts? Do you have a hero in your mind that you might like to see added to a 3D comic?
This is not a guarantee I will use them, or I might ask if I can change things if needed to fit into my design, but I thought offering it out there would be a lovely way to get a wide range of cannon fodder... I mean heroes and villains to play with. :D

Oh, I like it - I am surprised I didn't have a Harem-creating Villian already. :D So he is creating bodyguards to live in his Harem - but - why - if he didn't control people as he does - what makes him a villain? The Transformation can't be the reason for their villain status because, typically, that is where I find a weakness in some Superhero comics that have transformations - If the villain stopped the transformations, then they wouldn't be a villain anymore. So, for example, ToyMaker (one of my villains) uses Toys that he has created to do missions (typically illegal) that other people pay him for. He also has a way to convert humans into toys (though I haven't figured this out yet). So for example - Herem could have taken over a small country, using his music that is piped through the main capital to have everyone bowing and believing he is the perfect ruler.

2023-09-11 20:30:30 +0000 UTCHarem: A villain with the capability to create hypnotic sound waves that make you obey any command he gives, kind of like Kilgrave but his main capabilities lie in creating music that makes you want to dance as you slowly change into a harem girl or subtle voices that make you want to clean as you turn into a maid or just voices making you paranoid with an overwhelming urge to follow his commands so the anxiety doesn't grow out of control. His main goal is to create a personal harem out of defeated heroes that act as his guards so nobody can truly get close enough to him to shut off his mind altering music. His personal right hand guard is a former hero simply called "Whirlwind" who has the ability to summon intense gusts of wind and mini tornadoes who is now a slutty French Maid who controls gusts of wind with her feather duster the clean and to fight.
