I went back and started reading the Literotica versions from the beginning, very interesting to relive Lizzie's capture and training as a comparison to Kim's.

Would help better understand why Kimmy is ready. I could see Gene teasing Kimmy on if she’s ready to do anything for his cum. A leading question given what’s in store for her. Helps also draw a delicious parallel to when Eliza was teased in the car leading to her first time at Gene’s place.
