Cross Contamination Part 11 Alpha Draft

After far too long without a release, I am pleased to present a new story!
Commission 2 is still in the works, but I have completed my initial draft of Cross Contamination Part 11, which you can find attached below.
Being an alpha draft, this needs some work. There are parts that need jazzing up, and others that need expansion. Everything needs proofreading and editing, so I apologize for the roughness.
I am especially anxious for feedback for this chapter. I feel like I took some big swings in character development and shifting the status quo, which is always a little scary to do as an author of a long running series. So letting me know if you feel like I made any big missteps would be very helpful before I release this to the wider public. Even if you think everything looks good, that feedback is very helpful as well.
I actually have a more specific question regarding this story as well, but it contains spoilers, so read the story before continuing.

My initial plot plan was very simple for Peter and Kelsy: both demand sexual favors from Kissy in exchange for their help, then immediately backstab her to Renee.
Peter stayed the same, but when I was writing the scene with Kelsey, it came out of my head onto the page a lot more ambiguous. Part of this was just because I really resonated with the idea of the scene: two platonic female friends who both thought they were straight having their innocent relationship twisted into something perverse.
But if there is one thing I have learned as a writer it is to not fight my instincts: while I was writing it felt to me like Kelsy's feelings were a lot more complex than "Fuck Kissy, then betray her".
So I am torn on where to take the character of Kelsy. I thought I would ask you all what you think.
Option A: Stick to the plan. Kelsy betrays Kissy completely
Option B: Kelsy maintains an ambiguous attitude toward and relationship with Kissy
Option C: Kelsy flips and tries to help Kissy. This does not imply a good ending for them. Maybe Renee is furious and decides that Kissy deserves a submissive playmate, corrupting Kelsy as well.

I voted for Kelsy to help Cassie because to me she is the one sympathetic character. To be honest though the story would be a lot more fun if Kelsy gets tangled up with Renee and becomes part of the conspiracy.

2024-05-29 01:04:04 +0000 UTCI've thought about this as well! I think that Grace will likely make a cameo, though she probably won't have a major role. She is coworkers with Daren and Victor after all, and not to spoil anything, but some upcoming chapters will be focused on Daren’s workplace.
