Presenting: Art Exhibitionist!

Hello!

Last week, I was hard at work writing my draft of "Downward Dog" when inspiration hit. I had a strong image for the finale of a freelancer story. A performance artist tricked into a BDSM gangbang under the pretense that it was a performance piece.

One thing I have learned about writing is that when you feel inspired, you should run with it, because inspiration is never guaranteed.  So I took a writing detour and produced the attached story!

As usual, this is a rough draft, so please forgive any spelling and grammar errors, I am also hoping to polish this up a little before publication, hopefully with a little feedback!

I welcome any and all feedback, even if it is just a like or a short comment on whether you enjoyed it or not.  That being said, if anyone is willing to give more detailed feedback, I would be grateful. You could comment below, or email me at grogstoopid32@gmail.com. Here are some questions I am wondering about for this story in particular:

1. This story is a little shorter than others in the freelancer series. I cut back a little on the set up scenes and had three corruption scenes including the finale instead of four. Do you like the slightly trimmed format or not?

2. Related to that, I am concerned that Zoe Abiola might not feel as fleshed out as some of my other characters. Did you get a good sense of who Zoe was, even with the slightly shorter introduction?

3.  I think Devon Preisinger is the least likeable client I have ever written, and that is saying something. Do you think it works better for the clients to be super evil, or for them to be a little less intense?

4. On the flip side, I often find myself pulling my punches at the end of freelancer stories. It just feels a little wrong to leave the targets with no hope. Do you think the freelancer stories would read better if I just embraced the darkness a little more with the endings, or do you like how I leave the characters with a more ambiguously hopeful ending?

Even if you don't have time to leave comments, I hope you enjoy the story!
