One last poll! A few months ago instead of the monthly customized animation, we had the monthly free animation competition.
In the free animation competition the supporters could send their own ideas for an animation and the winner had a free "commission". We would discuss about details and other things like that in private and I'd make it an animation or photoshoot/comic/album depending on your preference.
Only a few supporters were participating to the free animation competition so we switched to the customized animation polls which is faster and easier to participate.
