Ghost does not check if you actually stabbed him. Checking for that's a bit difficult and I decided it wasn't worth the effort cause not many people are gonna deal zero damage turn one.

Maybe it's just me, but it catches me as soon as I try to move to one side. Second, in the ghost fight I backtracked a save to use guard at the first turn not stab anyone, but I got the same dialogue <.<
