It's definitely possible to block the stairs with it. I can confirm the button doesn't work so this softlocks the game.

2023-06-21 23:31:59 +0000 UTCDumb me thought that I needed to push the tank to the stairs, so I blocked the exit and couldn't get out. But thanks to that mistake I found out that the reset button for that section doesn't works
