For some reason, I thought I'd do it right when I woke up and I was clearly still asleep and mumbled my way through the whole video, eyes half-closed, just an overall flop haha. So instead, I will summarize it here with the three most frequently asked questions:
Mutual Encouragement: I get a lot of questions about if I would want to do some mutual encouragement with other gainers and I'll be honest, my skills as an encourager are pretty slim to none and my free time is usually too erratic to be of much use to people. If you're in town and want to eat big together, I'd love that, but online/texting stuff I usually can't juggle it. The older I get, the less time I want to spend on my phone and having to answer a thousand questions from people on Airbnb everyday has generally ruined all digital conversations for me 💀🔫

Changes: The extra weight can definitely be felt. When I wake up in the morning, I have to really roll out of bed since sitting up isn't really an option anymore. The first few steps are tough too, it takes a walk down the hallway to get my bearings and used to having weight on my feet again. It's harder to reach around the belly now for sure and the fat pad has thickened some, but there has been some good progress in the gym as well with my lats and arms feeling a little thicker and my traps and neck showing more size. I'm still trying to get my arms to show some size or definition, but they remain my forever weak point.
