Gainer Shakes +

I'm late to the party with this, but in case you didn't know sparkling water is awesome for gaining. I've started drinking it all the time when stuffing myself and now I have one after I finish my shakes too for a little extra stretching power. I try to get down the whole can without burping and hold it for a bit before letting it out. When eating and I feel full, I down about half a can, burp, and keep eating after that. It's really made a huge difference. I get the La Croix or Bubly brand and really they're pretty much the same so go with whatever. The tangerine and mango flavors from either brand are my favorites. 

Gaining is funny, on the surface it's just a matter of absorbing more calories than you burn. But the longer I do it, the more I see there are so many tips and tricks that make a big difference like this. You guys have definitely taught me a lot too over the years with the use of digestive enzymes being the most recent one that really seems to help.  I would say now after using them for a while that they work better than any appetite stimulants I've tried lately!
