VSR Sex Intensity Progression Poll
Added 2025-08-12 19:50:28 +0000 UTCHere’s another decision I need your help with.
In the current VSR version, the VaMMoan intensities progress with the help of the pump plugin + timeline. This might feel more "natural", but it's sometimes unreliable and probably more performance-heavy than the linear progression with timed sequence choice (for VR Possession mode) or slider-based progression (for Active Dude mode) that I used in "Kinky Pleasures" and "Secretary Auditions".
What do you think about that? Or is the difference between these progression modes so small you didn’t notice, and I’m just overthinking it? :]
PS.: Performance impact of the method with "Pump Plugin" (which is currently used in the scene) is probably not much bigger then the new method, which I am using in Kinky and Secretary, so don't put it too much into your consideration and vote for what you think is better gameplay wise.

More pound is always good and I will try to increase the headroom!

2025-08-13 14:05:06 +0000 UTCAh no, I think I confused people with how I wrote it earlier. The new method for raising intensities should, in theory, have less performance impact than the current one. Judging by the current voting progress, I’ll implement it. Leaving both methods in place would require several more plugins, extra logic, and add unnecessary bloat...something I’d like to avoid to keep loading times down. This way, I can also add a bit of new stuff to the scene. Regarding interruptions in Auditions: some happen due to the way I programmed it, which might be a bit flawed :D. I’m using different ways to trigger new voice lines. Some are behind a “gatekeeper,” so if the girl is already talking, the gatekeeper prevents new audio from triggering. But others—like reactions when you slap her or when she notices the guy’s arousal—are not behind this gatekeeper. I thought it would make sense for her to react to those actions immediately. Other interruptions (like breathing or moaning starting while she’s still talking) are unplanned. My guess is they happen due to a short internal delay in the plugin/logic brick I’m using to block the breathing plugin from re-enabling too soon. In VSR, I used a different method tied directly to the Head Audio source, so I’ll probably bring that over to Auditions unless I find another cause. Sorry for the long text—TL;DR: thanks for your input! I’ll try to fix it! :)

2025-08-13 14:04:19 +0000 UTCIsn't It possible to make It chooseable in the scene itself? I'm happy with how It is. Also I don't. want another performace hit for little outcome. Also the voice in SA often gets interruptet. In VSR it's much smoother.

2025-08-13 13:17:37 +0000 UTCconsidering I always have depth and speed maxed out on current version, I thing there's headroom for more pound
