Fixes for "Kinky Pleasures" V2.0

I spotted some buggy stuff during playing in VR and wanted to fix it asap.

Here are the changes:
Fixed choking
When choking ended early, the trigger to activate moaning was missing.
Adjusted transition to XXX for Whipping Frame (Front)
Head was wobbling too much between the arms
Small adjustments for Gaze
