Orcs - Not their lair, as that could be considered raiding and picking a war against them, but its surrounding areas have orcs passing by. There are quite a few possibilities when you have a Demon Lord with you, either be subduing some or have a wild orgy with a group of them. It can only be fun!
Warehouse District - While it doesn't sound too exciting, Mogdraz does have a knack for bullying imps, and both you know there is one in here... You might want to watch out for the occasional orcish slave raid, though. Though, perhaps you could intercept them, even.
Beach Plaza - Hellfire Demons love warmth and the heat of the sun, so nothing can go wrong here! Between sharks and other sea dwellers, there is a lot of potential for extra fun. Though, the sea dragons are his favorites.
College Campus - Maybe taking Mogdraz for some history lessons would be a good idea? In fact, what about introducing him to the spartans and helots? Well, you always have the satyr parties as an alternative for fun... So many possibilities.
Museum - An area of culture! Mogdraz could learn more about the history of your world, but with so many other interesting things walking about, maybe his attention will be elsewhere. Satyrs? Nymphs? A large beast with three heads? The latter might intrigue him, actually.
