1 - German Shepherd Bitch Expansion - This would flesh out the German Shepherd Bitch enemy a little more. It would add greater variety to the current scenes depending on the player's body type, as well as add new scenes for player feats such as Submissive or Dominant.
2 - German Shepherd Bitch NPC - After repeated encounters with the enemy, you would be able to tame one of the bitches and bring them to the library. She would have a quest revealing some backstory, and completing it would unlock further scenes with her.
3 - Slutty Sarah - After turning her into your slut, you deserve to do what you want with her. This option would add a few sex options once you've fully trained her, rather than just a single dynamic scene.
4 - Kristen - If you're going to transform this woman, maybe you can find more ways to influence it as it progresses. This would add some more customization to her appearance as well as her behaviour in the Palomino, depending on which route you take with her.
5 - Fiona - Get to know the cat girl a little more by observing her interactions with others. She's already met Fang and Carl, but there are plenty of other bunker companions she could potentially encounter. This would add a few more scenes which can trigger when she visits the library.
