Wanted to share a render of this months short; some Wattson machine/electro action.

I'm really happy with how the lighting is coming together; I've been trying some new techniques, mainly pushing the volumetrics and using a "swiss cheese" plane to create "God-Rays."

Those planes in the background are placed in front of spot or area lamps, which then shine through the sub-divided gaps, creating nice dynamic rays of light. Eevee is somewhat limited compared to Cycles in this regard, but with a few tricks like this I think I can close the gap.

I should have the VA work for this project within the next day or two, and then an upload a couple days after that. I'm honestly really excited to get this up, as Wattson has been one of my favorite characters ever since Season 2 of Apex, and it's a crime how little content there is of her. Gonna do my part to change that!
