The only thing I can think of right now, would be making male appear on every position and disappear when the girl makes transitions. But it would also take some time to do that. If you plan to play it on desktop mode, you could just place the dude inside her for yourself. The girl starts randomized thrusting, the moment she gets penetrated ;D
