Our Video streaming service update

UPDATE: 29TH OCTOBER 10:00AM: So we are making good progress with adding the older streaming movies back - we have re-instated over 2 years worth, thats around 100 movies, and all the BTS movies are also done. We will continue to fix the broken links over the next few weeks, once this is done we will continue adding the older movies, both streaming & downloadable to our Patreon. The good news here is that all movies from when we re-launched in the beginning of 2020 will now be downloadable for the first time. We have also remastered some movies that had codec issues, meaning you couldn't fast forward them - these have all now been fixed, these movies will have NEW at the end of their filenames. The MCG Archive will remain to have broken movie streaming links until we have finished all MCG 2.0 content, and we will then turn our attention to sorting that out, for now we have removed the MCG Archive Tier as a playable option. UPDATE: 24TH OCTOBER 17:43: Another quick update - so we have got all the BTS movies up and running on our new streaming platform, and have a plan to get the full movies up as quickly as possible (we uploaded as many as we could in the last few days, today was slow as I was shooting but we will now speed this process up) - its all hands on deck here right now. One thing to be aware, our new streaming platform 'Sprout Video' movies won't play directly in the Patreon App, instead you will be redirected to the movie in your phones browser - so you will need to be logged into Patreon there also. This is not an issue on desktop. If a video has SproutVideo tagged then its been updated and will play, if it has Vimeo tagged it will not play - but will be updated asap. Cheers Rufus

UPDATE: 22ND OCTOBER 8:15: Quick update, so we have started to re-upload our MCG streaming movies back catalogue after the unexpected shut down of our previous streaming account, this is a huge task and will take a month or two to complete, so I apologise in advance for this but we are doing everything we can to get this done as quickly as possible. Thankfully all up coming streaming movies will work, as will new BTS movies, its only the older streaming content that is effected. Everything else, all movie downloads, stills sets, Pony Mag, Art prints etc - are unaffected and work as expected. Cheers Rufus

UPDATE: 21ST OCTOBER 19:15: Great News!!! We have a new streaming platform sorted, for now we have only go this weeks Sophie movie working whilst we finalise all details going forward. Its obviously going to take us a few months to re-upload all the older content, but we are starting on that tonight, starting from new to older and will attempt to re-connect as many broken links as possible in the coming days. ORIGINAL POST: 21ST OCTOBER Hi, I have just been informed by our streaming platform that we are in violation of Terms of Service and they have shut down our account, we had no warning - and have had no issues with them for the last 10 years. We have always followed their guidelines etc and have never had any problems. I'm talking to our Account manager to see what can be resolved, until I have an answer on this I'm afraid we will not be able to offer any streaming video (all downloadable movies will still work, all stills sets will still work, and the magazine will still function as expected) To say I'm gutted is an understatement, this company has happily taken 10's of thousands of pounds off us over the years for data usage, but I suspect they have quietly, without informing users, changed their T&C's to get rid of adult content. Im really hoping this can be resolved, I will update here. Rufus
