Someone found a bug where if you haven't been to the Demon City prior to this update, if you make it there during this update the Tavern will be missing.
If you don't know how to fix your variables, just replace your HTML file with the one I've attached here.
It's a super easy fix, if you know how to edit your variables, simply set $citadelunlocked to false.
To fix it without redownloading the game, just follow these instructions:
1. open the game to any screen.
2. Paste the following into your console: SugarCube.State.active.variables.citadelunlocked = false
3. Hit enter, make sure you don't hit the back button and continue. You should now be able to see the tavern.
(if you're already in the city, just go to the shops then go back).
