I'd suggest Google Drive myself, I'm using that and it works very well. Dropbox works too, I guess, but I have little experience with it.

If you're using itch as your main distribution channel, there are ways to lock down certain builds to patreon members only. There's a lot of apis mixed between the two platform. Here are the docs related to it: https://itch.io/docs/creators/patreon If you mean something else entirely then ether of those works for myself. Though Dropbox is definitely less ad intensive. Dropbox is also not entirely free depending on the space usage.
