Some may get upset about them because there are those who greatly over use them (which you don’t) but they are a wonderful tool to build suspense in work when not used evee single page. I think it was in good taste and helped to build the suspense and anticipation for the next chapter. It felt natural with the flow of the story and was a perfect moment for a well timed cliffhanger! Your work is wonderful. I am extremely grateful to be able to support you as an artist and see the beautiful art and fascinating story you write. My hope is that you won’t be afraid of criticism and are able to continue to boldly do your work!
