DELUXE version of obelisk coming soon
Added 2020-02-27 07:09:11 +0000 UTCI got so many requests for additions on the free model that I decided to throw them all into a DELUXE version. Here you see the addition of pebbles, grass, dusty snow and snow cover. I like the pebbles very much as it adds a nice level of detail to the ground.
When I was asked to do snow to the base I was hesitant because I have never done that before. But with a lot of research, experimenting and some very wrong turns in the development I think I have arrived at a point where I start to feel comfortable including that into my library of texture options.
Other layers handle the remaining seasons. There is the generic green grass but also flowers for summer, dry grass for hot or southern lands and dull autumn grass with leaves.
I have also added hieroglyphs and magic runes for the obelisk. And I was asked to add a "chaos star" option.
As a bonus for Patreons I will release a Tier 1 only version with the grass and hieroglyphs here soon! And as usual there will be a discount offer when the DELUXE version comes out!
