Looking back at 2019

After the x-mas holidays I like to take a good look at the year behind me. First it's great to remind yourself what you have achieved (I am usually so forward focused, that I overlook that) and also it helps to plan for the year ahead!

My two major success stories were the "Pirate" ships (which lead to the Pirate island inspired Tropical Village sets) and of course, you, my Patrons.

We went from 50 to 91 Patrons in 2019! That's almost 100% increase!! Thank you so much for your support!!! I wish I could properly convey in words what this means emotionally for me - Think puppy-rescue videos :-) - but know that this kind of reliable support every month is what gets me through the darker phases of the creative cycle.

Now due to the big rearranging of how I handle my Patreon, this increase slowed down the reaching of my first Patreon goal and so I have decided to make this goal -the treasure chests - available in the next days as my first Patreon-only exclusive reward! I hope you will enjoy this little set. You have earned it!

I have already started working on new sets and will talk about this in a next post about looking forward to 2020.
