New double slot bases for wagons
Added 2019-12-15 13:57:53 +0000 UTCThe prep for the hearse wagon is in it's final stages. And one thing I needed was a new base so I can have a proper stand for two rows of horses (or ponies, mules, donkyes, oxen etc.). So I quickly designed and built these :-) They are textured matching the graveyard ground tiles.
The horses I used are from @darekpages here on Patreon!
For a short while I pondered the idea of a full base including wagon plus horses but that just would be too long. So instead I just focused on a duo-wagon-pulling base (of course four paper minis would fit too!)
The hearse wagon is almost ready to go. Need to compile the instructions (got all the pics taken) next week.
Here are some of the possible build, color and detail variations in one pic!
You will have the standard dark grey wood color with white, light and dark brown option. You can switch on "curtains" and the top cross ornament.
The curtains have green, blue, red and white option (you can also mix them for more options) and then some leather colors for the front seat.
The lamps have a red, blue and green light option.
And then you have the build complexity ranging from a very simple box build to the advanced detailed version!
That should allow for many, many, many options.

You can get them from the street lamppost basic bit released earlier this year. I have just reused them for the hearse wagon :-)
