And let's get the final treat out of the way to close this month up!

It really is funny to think back on how long it's taken to get to this point of the fic. I came up with this guy during the Pandemic of 2020 while also typing away at A Certain Maelstrom of Misfortune. It started off as just a fun idea I played with when I was feeling stressed out by my usual work and my other stories as a means to have fun. Then I got to Ch.4 and thought; what the hell? I'll publish it! I've got a good pace going, surely it won't take me too long to get to the Epilogue- I finished the first 14 Chapters of ACMM in just a few months, after all!

God, was I overly ambitious.

It's taken forever but after numerous setbacks getting in the way, we can finally close the book on the first Arc. And immediately move on to the next one!

Haunted Blood!

Our beloved and overlooked Himegami is about to enter the fray! And boy, do I have a twist of story in the works for her. And a different antagonist to take the stage as well.

First, though, we got to chapters leading up to the next Arc. Some downtime that will be heavily Slice of Life focused this time but still fun with a sprinkle of action.

There are some big reveals in this chapter. All of these will lead to new paths in the world of science, magic, and Pokemon.

The start is over. Let's continue running forward in this new world!
