Also he didn't want her to get caught he just figure it was easier to give her the ticket then to deal with he and he knew better than letting anyone connected with him use them ticket and the tickets are only a problem because sal told the FBI about them and gave them tickets to match with the ones Tony had if you remember sal FBI handler said Tony's to smart to use them himself and he probably sold them also that guy being nice is a possible hint he's informed on Tony the cop that told Tony sal was wired for sound said he made a deal in Las Vegas which is a call back in my opinion why he said he's going to Las Vegas and they running special if you thought it was good so far it's about to get kicked up a notch

2022-02-12 07:13:22 +0000 UTCGetting his button means he will be a made man and he is untouchable and just a fun fact he said proposal him for his button because although Tony's the boss in only to have a new made man one has to die or go to jail for a while that way no family gets to power and the other family's in New York have to accept Chris into the mob to make sure he don't have a problem with anyone else a they don't suspect him of being a rat also they let sal talk to find out what he told the feds so they can walk away from it like they did with the market scam and the scam was explained but I'll run it down as I understand it they bought a lot of shares of stock made it go up in price sold it to old people and others looking to make money and when it was high enough they sold all their shares and the stock crashed

2022-02-12 05:24:53 +0000 UTCOne of my favorite episodes. That closing montage showing the high class life they lead and it shows the terrible ways they make their money to afford that life. The shot of Davey leaving with just the clothes on his back because they took everything from him. At the end it pans out to the ocean where tony dumped his best friends body. It’s a montage that comes full circle. ‘The life’ comes at a huge cost, to their loved ones and friends and to society as a whole. I love the fever dreams Tony was having lol so eerie and realistic. I feel like David Chase did such a good job portraying dreams,; the weird, illogical dialogue, how you just transition to a random place or a person suddenly becomes someone else completely, the other random shit that serves no symbolic purpose. Some of my favorite parts of the whole show. Both the dreams and the supernatural stuff like Chris' near death experience in earlier episodes and Paulie with the psychic, are by far the most interesting part of the show, Mafia stuff aside. As for why Tony doesn't open up to Carmella about the business or the crimes he's committed it obviously to protect Carmella. Remember in the previous episode she was asking Tony about what happened to Ritchie and so forth..and his response was..."Carmela, after 18 years of marriage, don't make me make you an accessory after the fact." "stop asking"
