As someone that have been through that and have been able to step up 'll be daring and say that I can listen to anything given the situation you need to talk to someone. I know I am just some random and maybe you don't need that but I have to let you know just in case because I didn't tell that to some people that I feel they need it to get better soon, so, it's just something that I like to leave open. Keep getting better.
