Need to set "Stream Memory = 1024" on MixSets. If its already, then probably another mod is overlapping the setting. You can check the game's memory by hitting "F5" two times while in-game. It will show as "MemoryAvaliable:". It should be "NUMBERS/1024". This is a fetaure from Open Limit Adjuster, so need to have it in the game.
