As much as I try sometimes the depression and PTSD get the better of me and I'm a selectively mute depressed mess who can't stand the thought of being alive.
I'll do my best but it's been a rough start.

Frankly, this month has been pretty hard for me too: Don't know what it is about deliveries at work, but this week has been an absolute disaster with overnights with short staff. Please be careful and, as always, hope things improve for you very soon.
