Yumi - 443 salary girl - recently saw the japanese salary men genre on yt. At 443 we value gender equality and decided our office ladys should also do 11h+ shifts. Doing all the walking in No 6 heels is not easy but human resources came up with a brilliant solution to ensure the girls don't violate corporate dress code during the week. They use ankle looks and we collect the key on Monday and return them on Friday night. The downside is they have to sleep in their heels, but on the bright side they get use to their heel in less than half the time :)
