That really sounds like a problem on your end, there's nothing on PL that could make your PC freeze and crash on a normal working PC. Try updating all your drivers.

I've been having issues too. When I went onto it, my computer repeatedly froze and even crashed, restarting didn't even fix it, and it took several hours of repeated tries before finally managing to have an account made.

I've passed your feedback along and the PL dev thinks he can fix all these issues, and increase the time your logged in for more than one month. I'll update you guys as these updates come out.

Thanks! I tried so hard to find any contact info for PrimeLeap but didn't get anywhere.
I'm using Safari 12.1.1 (14607.2.6.1.1) on macOS Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132). Sometimes also iOS Safari on iOS 12.3.1.
Agreed that Patreon is a pain to browse through to download older art. Neither site is perfect. And I see the benefits for content creators as well.
I'd be happy to speak directly to PrimeLeap devs if that helps but getting my feedback passed to them would be great too. My biggest peeves are:
1. Safari password manager doesn't know how to autofill username and password
2. I get logged out very frequently despite selecting a 1 month login every time
3. I can't use Command+click (or even right-click > Open Link in New Tab) to open links or images in new tabs

Thank you for your feedback, I'll pass it along to the PL developer.
What browser are you using to access PrimeLeap? I've not seen the password issue before, I can understand that would be rather annoying.
There are no other options to PrimeLeap, but I really do think the pros far outweigh the cons. Patreon goes down pretty often, PrimeLeap means you get 24/7 access to my content. Patreon lists content in a huge tower, making it difficult to find older content, whereas PrimeLeap has proper galleries and folders. Patreon tends to compress large files, PrimeLeap gives you the full resolution. PrimeLeap gives artists tools to protect their content from leakers, and I'm able to make single Patreon posts linking to multiple pictures, instead of spamming my feed for each post. So there are a lot of pros to PL, and it is always improving, I'll send off your feedback and hopefully get your issue sorted.

Really great work! Dragons with equine bits are great~
I do want to give some feedback on PrimeLeap, though. I've been using it with this and a few other artists on Patreon, and I'm sorry to say it's just not a good experience for me.
It's pretty slow, nothing opens in new tabs, it keeps logging me out (even if I tell it to keep me logged in for a month, I have to log in every single time I visit the site), and it doesn't work with password managers (it puts the email address in a totally different field that's hidden behind the login window and tries to overwrite the password with a new password).
I don't know if there are any better options for creators but PrimeLeap is really a horrible experience for me as a consumer of the great content that gets put there.
