Development Log : Week of July 13 - 19

Since I don't want to be continuously spamming everyone's emails every day with my progress report, I'll be editing this pinned post throughout the week instead.

Current Stretch Goals

• $300 per month to unlock spicy side stories  (Achieved!)

• $600 per month for extended character Question & Answer sessions  (Achieved!)

• $1100 per month to unlock a second drabble each month (Currently: $1100+/$1000)

Browser Compatibility:

• Works: Chrome, Opera, Safari (Mobile), Brave (Desktop)

• Doesn't Work: Firefox + derivatives (Might work as of June 2025), Midori

• Sound files may not work properly on iOS 💀 (Update to OS might fix this)

July 13

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~325+ Lines of Code (Currently at line 1401 out of 2380, Approx ~2050+ words)

• ~200 words written/coded of game

• Heist plotting done. Partway through the Inappropriately Dressed MC w/ their wardrobe section. (The tall damsel hat is obviously the best choice in headgear when trying to go discreet.)

• Starting prepping updated files for next Beta update. QuickTest Passed.

• Created preview.

July 14

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~200 Lines of Code(Currently at line 1601 out of 2457, Approx ~1000+ words)

• Still making my way through the mandatory fashion session with Merlin for MCs who keep failing the clothing check

• RandomText x 50,000 Passed. Upgraded PHP on site and broke it for several hours before the Closed Beta update (~_~)

July 15

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~300+ Lines of Code(Currently at line 1906 out of 2503, Approx ~1900 words)

• The scenario for On Merlin's Last Nerve achievement is done. Wardrobe-less MC now trying to co-opt clothes from the ROs. Shorty Frame 1 MCs are thwarted from Adrian's by being too smol.

July 16

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~300 Lines of Code(Currently at line 2204 out of 2530, Approx ~2100+ words)

• Adrian, Percy, and Merlin variations of borrowing clothes done.

• Created sound files

July 17

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~315 Lines of Code(Currently at line 2519 out of 2555, Approx ~2300+ words)

• MC dressed appropriately, Percy changing solo scenario done. Leaving haunted warehouse in process.

July 18

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~50 Lines of Code (Finished at line 2527, Approx ~400+ words)

• Part 1 of Chapter2-5 finished. Preliminary QuickTest passed.

• Created sound files

July 19

• Prepping files for Alpha Update

• QuickTest passed. RandomTest Failed at 30,000+. RandomTest Failed at 40,000+ RandomTest Failed at 50,000+ I ended up switching Alpha version file of Chapter2-2 (that was causing the failure) with the Beta version and it finally passed. Which is really weird since the Alpha & Beta versions of that file should be the same.
