Development Log : Week of November 24 - 30

Since I don't want to be continuously spamming everyone's emails every day with my progress report, I'll be editing this pinned post throughout the week instead.

Current Stretch Goals

• $300 per month to unlock spicy side stories  (Achieved!)

• $600 per month for extended character Question & Answer sessions  (Achieved!)

• $1000 per month to unlock a second drabble each month (Currently: $1100/$1000)

Works: Chrome, Opera, Safari (Mobile), Brave (Desktop)

Doesn't Work: Firefox + derivatives (whyyyy), Midori

Also, apparently the sound files aren't working properly on iOS. 💀

November 24

• ~1200+ words written/coded of game

• ~1600 words written for the second place monthly drabble

• Adrian's second icebreaker question halfway done. Somehow a discussion about favorite colors segued into masochism accusations.

November 25

• ~1400+ words written/coded of game

• Adrian's second icebreaker question completely done. That just leaves the third icebreaker to finish off his section of the Free Time Hub.

November 26

• ~1300 words written/coded of game

• ~1300 words of this month's Q & A session.

• Halfway through Adrian's third icebreaker interaction.

November 27

• ~1800 words written/coded of game

• ~1300 words of this month's Q & A session.

• Adrian's part of the Free Time Hub is fully written. Now for the editing/bug-testing. I've got a sneaking feeling that QuickTest is just going to die when it hits a certain section of his filled with *gosub jumps🥲

November 28

• QuickTest finally passed + major bugs fixed (all the gosubs did indeed cause problems as expected 🥲)

• Q & A session finished + posted

• Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

November 29

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~300+ Lines of Code. (Jumping around several game files here, so line numbers aren't too helpful)

• Finished checking the new bits I did for previous chapters, slowly making my way back to the Adrian part of the Free Time Hub.

November 30

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~320 Lines of Code. (Currently at line 8153 out of 12745, Approx. ~2000+ words)

• Partway through the love confession part of Adrian's hub. With all the variations... this is gonna take awhile.

• Created preview of game.
