Development Log : Week of November 10 - 16

Since I don't want to be continuously spamming everyone's emails every day with my progress report, I'll be editing this pinned post throughout the week instead.

Current Stretch Goals

• $300 per month to unlock spicy side stories  (Achieved!)

• $600 per month for extended character Question & Answer sessions  (Achieved!)

• $1000 per month to unlock a second drabble each month (Currently: $1100/$1000)

Browser Compatibility:

Works: Chrome, Opera, Safari (Mobile), Brave (Desktop)

Doesn't Work: Firefox + derivatives (whyyyy), Midori

Also, apparently the sound files aren't working properly on iOS. 💀

November 10

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~320 Lines of Code. (Currently at line 6072 out of 6112, Approx. ~2000+ words)

• Asmodeus + Camelot Demons done. The finish line is in sight.

• Patreon sidebar still missing. 🥲

November 11

• Checked/Edited/Polished ~375+ Lines of Code

• Merlin's section of the Free Time Hub + their new text message done.

• All reported bugs to this point have been fixed + checked in the new upcoming update.

• QuickTest passed! Currently running RandomTest x 50,000

• Alpha update impending tomorrow

• Patreon sidebar still missing. 🥲

November 12

• Alpha, Beta, and Itch.io demo all updated

• Created text effects + far future snippet for tomorrow

• Patreon sidebar is back again (of course after I composed that long Alpha update on mobile)

November 13

• ~2800 words written/coded of game

• The Adrian Free Time Hub has been created. Currently working on the Relationship Talk™ section.

• Man, there's so many variations of potential relationships between Adrian & the MC, this is definitely the most complex confession scene. I dunno why the MC who thinks Adrian is stalking them would want to confess, but here we are...

• Finished + posted Far Future Snippet

• Did the text on Patreon messages suddenly become huge for anyone else? P̶a̶t̶r̶e̶o̶n̶ w̶a̶t̶ r̶ u̶ d̶o̶i̶n̶g̶.

November 14

• ~3000 words written/coded of game

• Love confession section with Adrian is done.

• "This shouldn't take too long," I said. "Just a little thing for Adrian to do his standard 'Let's wait until we've got all our memories back, MC' thing." Meanwhile, 6000 words later...

November 15

• ~2800 words written/coded of game

• Apologizing for punching Adrian scene + Free Time version of Adrian confronting the MC over why they stole his surname done

November 16

• ~2400 words written/coded of game

• Talking about Pippa's death with Adrian finished. Partway through the Zain variant.

• A lot of gosub jumping in Adrian's section. This is going to be a joy to check in the editing phase. 🥹
