L5 Herniation SUCKS
Added 2025-09-17 16:53:03 +0000 UTCEnded up getting an MRI yesterday and the results today show that I have a 1cm herniation in the L5.

That is the plan thus far! I saw my PT today and we switched out a couple exercises that were piriformis focused and brought in two others and upped my stretches to twice a day as able. My next physiologist appointment is next week Thursday so hopefully I improve before then!
