I need a title for this thing XD If you have ideas, let me know!
Anyways, been making a bit of a sandbox with the current game, testing and trying out different things. So in the end I'll have to just start the game from scratch so I can get rid of all the stuff that didn't work. lol. Plus a lot of the code is unique to Samus being an asymmetric sprite, whereas the cyborg is not.
Also got a cool light shaft thing working as seen above ^^
I want this game looking great. Facing a number of technical challenges. Such as maintaining consistency in sprite size while involving interacting character/creatures. Lighting the sprites and background. And obviously, the big one, creating AI behavior for attacking the player. I also need to figure out the player's health and how it'll work.
