Added 2025-11-24 02:35:41 +0000 UTCI'm thinking Altered Realities is going to stop after December mainly because I had an interesting idea. A friend and I were talking the other day and the subject of my emotions came up. It's no secret that Phoenix is extremely level-headed when it comes to her emotions. Have you ever wondered why? Is it because she's just got her life together so well that nothing phases her? (Hint: It's not.) Maybe, Phoenix is hiding something about herself.
My question: What if somehow, Phoenix was no longer able to control her emotions? What if she was to change physically based on her emotional feeling?
I think this would be a better way to have a longer comic with continuity versus how altered realities has been. My question to you is two-fold:
1) Do you think this would be something you'd want to see?
2) If so, what kind of transformations do you see happening to me given a specific emotion? (ie. Anger, Sadness, etc)

Sounds like a fun idea. A fun one to do could be jealousy. Phoenix is in a group of very exceptional people, and she starts to feel inadequate, and she starts to steal everyone's best traits.
