Raffle For June

With the ability to enable pay up front, I've realized that running the raffle in June, for June, isn't fair to those that join in the middle of the month. Therefore going forward, the raffle will take place on the 1st of the following month (July 1st). That way, those that come in partway through the month also get an opportunity.
