Ngl, this loop is not my favourite everrr, it's just a bit too serious of a topic for the format IMO - but said I'd give it a go, anyway. Experimentation, innit.
CONTENT WARNINGS:
The main "warning" to give here is that this loop specifically encourages you to begin "acting as if" you're your ideal self... or, more specifically, taking the actions you associate with that destination. I can't guarantee how this will manifest, but I consider it an important mindset shift in a journey of transformation and one you need to dabble with to discover your limits therein.
