Build This "Very Simple" J-FET Amplifier!

It's so simple, and it works with so many different J-FET's! Use this circuit to add gain to may of your different projects, or to just learn more about these fantastic little devices. Schematic attachment below this video, (and available by direct-email as well.) Enjoy!

Build This "Very Simple" J-FET Amplifier!

Excellent…. Again, Everything you tell us is answering every question that comes to mind. Very intuitive. I hope to make an RF probe for my oscilloscope or input it into a basic audio amplifier. Hopefully you’ll have a lesson on making that type of probe. Michael in Florida

The breakout boards are in a previous video down the list. It is only a SOT-23 package.

I have watched the video several times attempting to see the J-FET on the bread board. The 2SK208-R seems to be a SOT-23 but I don't see a breakout board in your setup. Do they come in TO-92 package from any supplier?

Hi Paul! This is a bit off topic but i'm curious if you can design for us a circuit for phase shift adjustment in an audio circuit. I have added a 3rd channel to an amplifier for a subwoofer and the base filter that i have shifts the phase 90 degrees and i'm looking to build a circuit that adjusts the phase from 0 to 180 degrees so i can align it with the other two channels. The base filter is using a NE5532 chip on a single 18v rail. Any help will be much appreciated. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your loved ones!

Thanks for an excellent tutorial!
