Knipex i have for a long, long time now. There are several sizes, last 3 digits are overall lenght.

I've had trouble locating the 'soft' diamond plate rubber 'cushion' pads that you so often use to place equipment on. Actually one day later doing a search, I believe I found it, or at least similar, at Amazon - 'W88981'. Looking forward to trying it out once it arrives.

At a shorter range, you are not looking for raw power like what you'd need for outdoors and camping. On the other hand, CRI (i.e. colour accuracy) is likely to be a more important factor. A low power, high CRI flashlight is a great tool for the workspace and for use around the house. I personally like Zebralight but they are on the pricier side.
