So Much Electronics Knowledge In One Video!

Increase your understanding in so many areas of electronics with just one video! In this video, I explain oscillators, Astable multivibrators, Bistable multivibrators, see how they do math (Division) IE: 1-2-4-8-16-32-ETC.... I explain Binary (ones and zeros,) and Binary Coded Decimal or (BCD) to decimal decoders. See and understand how they work in your computer. See how a rectification circuit in a power supply is also a frequency doubler or (Frequency Multiplier.) See how a frequency counter understands how to count. Understand how a power supply filter capacitor works with example. The differences between half wave rectification and full wave rectification, and so much more! More video's like this coming, it's all about passing on knowledge! Don't forget to download the schematic attachment below.

Jon, time mark generators were used for calibrating analogue oscilloscopes.

Many Haha moments! However, I was left with one puzzle (and it may be me being dim), What were they using the 'Time Mark Generator' for back in the day?

Jon Fisher

Another great inspiration for my teaching and for grasping od concepts in a deeper and simpler way, thanks Paul.

Loved this video! I think I need to rewatch it to fully understand it but definitely learned a few new things today

AHA the way a chip works. Love this video. broken down to a point I can see how things work. Last year was at the old hydro plant at Niagara falls that did the lower Hz power. a lot of big components.
