New: Ultra Sensitive "Forecasting" Capacitor Leakage Tester.

This new tester is extremely sensitive to any leakage resistance, and will allow you to find (the needle in a hay stack) so to say. Now that I have designed this, I would never want to be without this tool. Also included in this video: The LM3914 modifications, and the LM3914V surface mount version with schematic, component layout, and PCB layout (all attachments below.)

Here is a description of some differences you may notice in the board shown in the video, to the board released to you. These differences are minor, but make the board more resilient. Like others in here I would really like to have the newer surface-mount circuit design within an older hole-through style board. Just a thought if anyone out there is like me. Limited in funds to stock hundreds of SMT parts since it seems you mist buy usually a hundred or so of whatever the part to get just one in a rail packaging. I really want to use up my existing parts bin. Anyone out there like me?

I've built this (4 times in fact) and can't get it to work. Is there someone willing to help me troubleshoot it? I apply power the board and get a green LED, but none of the other LEDs will light. If you're willing to help, please let me know how to help you help me. Thank you

@david web, in case you have not found it yet. There is an attachment that gives the new instructions. Essentially you need to PM Paul via Patreon and let him know the video number corresponding to the attachments you need.
