Obliterator Spear - buy it from Beedle in Dueling Peaks stable
Royal Lynel - goes over gold Lynel, also replaces all Lynels in Hyrule Castle area into gold Lynels
Desert Lynel - goes over all Lynels, puts 1 gold Lynel near Gerudo town (Obliterator Spear needs to be installed for it too!)
Install all using BCML.
