BackerKit Surveys Incoming for Patreon

We’ve finished importing all of our qualifying supporters here (see more in our previous message) into our Kickstarter campaign so you can be a part of the rewards as well. We also have a better-than-expected outcome for all of our Patreon supporters, which is that we were able to apply your total contributions as credit in case you want to change your pledge from digital-only. You should be able to apply those to upgrading your pledge or changing to a physical reward tier (including covering shipping costs) if you like.
This week, you should be receiving an email from us with a link to your BackerKit survey for Free Stars: Children of Infinity.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, simply click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information (if you opted for physical rewards), and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but look for the email coming soon!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. We’ll be sure to send an update before we are planning to close them, and they should remain open for a while during our game’s production.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://freestars.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://freestars.backerkit.com/faq.

The tier you're in is just there to represent the highest digital-only tier based on your support so far. It's the same as the other digital tiers, just categorized so you know what happened. You are welcome to change tiers if you want something different, and the tiers match exactly what we did with the Kickstarter if you want to see the options. I know there's a big scary warning about tier changing on BackerKit, but if you do change and say "oh no, I want to go back!" just use the help contact on BackerKit or send us a message here!

2024-06-17 16:16:11 +0000 UTCThe credit is yours to spend as you see fit. You can get additional physical add-ons, or just leave the balance, or put it in the tip jar as a "thanks a lot". At this time we don't have any extra add-ons we're planning on offering. Hope this is a good problem to have. :)

I backed at the Collector's Complete Edition level, and I don't know if it's possible, but can I use the credits that were talked about being available for Patreon supporters as part of my pledge for this...? My card like everyone's has of course already been run for the total, but I don't know what I'd do with these extra credits otherwise... I already have two licences, and on top of that, I saw that I have more credit balance than I need left over on Gamefound after my pledge as-is, so I'm worried these will simply have no use when they're available. Thanks! Looking forward :)
