Perhaps it's something that could be implemented after this vote? I feel like since the poll has been made and roadhog actually being in the top 4 the entire time shows a good chunk of people want to see him again. Perhaps let this poll run its course then in the future keep characters on a cool down, excluding them from votes until a certain time passes
