Acetaminophen is pretty useless against migraine. Basic headache yes, but not migraine. Ibuprofene work just a little better than acetaminophen. Against migraine, you need prescription drug with triptan-class drugs or beta-blockers (I now migraine because of my husband who was suffuring to the tears of it). Here in Quebec, we got 36 celsius with the humidity. I am screaming: bring me back my winter ! I will comment more on the series when you catch up with it.
