Bonus Footage: Wendell Explaining RAID, ZFS, & Unraid

This is a deleted scene from Wendell's trip to build the server/NAS. We had many hours of footage for part 1, but wanted to cut down closer to 30 minutes. We ended up around 35 minutes for the final cut, and this was one of the more interesting pieces that, although we wanted to leave it in, pushed the video duration too long.
In this clip, Wendell teaches me about how Unraid validates drives against each other, and how standard "RAID" terminology applies or doesn't apply to our Unraid & ZFS combination.
