2018-10-16 12:05:00 +0000 UTCI didn't watch the video, just became a Patreon because I love your journalism, but I would like what GL3D is suggesting in the above post about the Bloomberg article. Wasn't there something about the US government saying they knew about it? Seems awfully timed to Trump's administration wanting to move manufacturing to the US. In your report on the tariffs, EVGA - I believe it was - said they had no plans on building new facilities in the US. So is it possible the Bloomberg article is fake imposed by the Trump admins to preassure the market to move manufacturing to the US?

Supermicro issued a response on the 5th says they "emphatically challenged the serious allegations in yesterday's Bloomberg BusinessWeek story about the supply chain security of our systems." This is disconcerting for a number of obvious reasons. Is it true, or is it Bloomberg fluff?
