Rewards changes

I have now the results of the polls, I'm surprised lot of you wanted to get a surprise illustration, so this make think I will not change any tier, but I will add some content to them (not delete) and I will add some new tiers for the ones who want a commission.
I will begin with few commissions, and let's see how it goes.
As always, I'd like to read what do you think about it.
