If you’ve seen my social media posts you know my landlords sold the building I live and work in without any notice & I have to be out by September 30th.
(It’s very complicated but it’s unfortunately technically legal as they live in the building as well and there’s a shitty loophole for that in Chicago)
I’ve lived in my apartment for 13 years and I’ve had the second unit as a photo studio for the last 3 years and I’ve spent all my time & $ on fixing up the units & create sets & I’m losing all of that plus access to my community because there’s no way I can find something I’m such little time so I’m having to move to Denver & life with my dad.
He’s getting his third round of chemo at the moment & it’s an experimental treatment since he has a really rare form of cancer so it’ll be about 6 months of this treatment & I’ll be there for that duration to take care of him & try to figure out how I can move back to Chicago and get back on my feet.
In the midst of all of this happening my car has also been deemed irreparable & I’m going to have to scrap it before I move because it’s not safe to drive on the highway.
It’s all so overwhelming and I haven’t had a moment to really process any of this & haven’t had time to create new content for you all & I am so sorry that it’s month two of being so behind.
I’m going to try and get one last video and photo set in each one of my sets & catch up on content here.

I’m so sorry that all of this is happening to you. You really don’t deserve it. Truly messed up that your landlords have done this. I hope you’re able to go back to Chicago soon after your father recovers and is doing better. At least he has you to take care of him and keep him company.
