Hello my darlings!
I hope this update finds you well, as well as one can be during these trying times.
I apologize for my absence here, I’m sure you know why I haven’t been active.
It feels bizarre to even create/post content during this time, but since this is my only income I clearly don’t have a choice.
In case you are new here, or don’t follow me on other platforms I just want to make it clear here where I stand.
I have been a part of the Black Lives Matter movement since 2014 and routinely attend protests since then and donate regularly to black activists and organizations and have been vocal about anti-racism my entire life.
But even though I’ve been in this work for so many years I still have so much to learn - a lifetime of learning will not be enough and I can only hope that the next generations will carry the torch into a transformed world. But we have so much work to do to pave that way.
If you are somehow my Patreon and aren’t aware of where I stand and disagree with any of this or have questions or need resources to learn, please message me here or email me so we can talk further.
I will not tolerate comments on this post that are in disagreement and you will be blocked.
Everything good in my life I have because of black women. Black women and femmes created the fat liberation and body positivity movement. Black women created everything I love and care about including myself.
Unfortunately I don’t make a lot of money in general because I’m censored on all platforms due to my fat liberation activism and thanks to my bouquet of mental health issues so it won’t be much money - but I will be sending 10% of my income on Patreon & OnlyFans to a black sex worker or black community leader or activist directly every month.
I encourage you (if you haven’t already) to seek our black creators and sex workers to buy content from regularly as well!
If you’d like a list of people email me and I’ll send suggestions your way!
Please remember that this is a marathon, not a sprint and we must ensure that this fight is sustainable.
We have about 400 years to go so buckle up!
I love you all and I wish I could find better words and do more but I am limited in my capacity.
Yours truly,
Carina
